Today, we’ll introduce the components and customization process of our 10x10ft, 10x15ft, and 10x20ft pop-up canopy tents.

Pop-Up Canopy Tent Components

Frame – The frame consists of the main structure, half-wall railings, and connectors to secure the half-wall railing. The frame has three adjustable height settings. Half-wall railings are included only when purchasing a full tent set with a half-wall option. If you buy a half-wall separately, the railings are not included.
Canopy Top – The canopy top is customizable and made from 600D polyester, treated for water resistance, UV protection, and flame retardancy. It attaches to the frame using Velcro fasteners. Since the frame is heavy, it may cause the canopy top to sag. You can tighten the top by rotating the adjustment knobs to raise the frame.
Walls (Half & Full) – Both full walls and half walls come with Velcro fasteners to wrap around the tent frame’s poles. The half-wall option includes a crossbar that is secured with connectors. For 10x15ft and 10x20ft canopies, the back wall is too long to support a half-wall, so half walls are only available on the sides.
Stakes & Ropes – We provide stakes and ropes for free to help secure your canopy and enhance stability.
Flags (Optional Add-ons) – We offer three types of promotional flags: Feather Flag, TearDrop Flag, and Banner Flag. These flags must be purchased separately and can be attached to the tent using connectors or placed into the ground beside the tent.

Customization Process

We offer two ways to customize your canopy tent:

1. Online Customization Tool
- Choose your preferred tent combination from the first three products on our custom product page.
- Click the "Customize" button on the product page.
- Upload your logos, images, and text, and select the background colors for each section.
- Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- After receiving your order, our designer will contact you via email to refine your design until you approve it.
- Once confirmed, we will start production and ship your custom tent to you.
2. Download & Upload Template
- Select your desired tent from the first three products on our custom product page.
- Download the PDF design template on the product page.
- Edit the template with your design and upload it back to the product page.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Our designer will contact you via email to finalize your design before production.
- Once approved, we will manufacture and ship your custom tent.
